 Athoke or Atho is a popular food throughout Asia. There are many types of Ato. The most popular are Laphet thoke, Ngapi thoke, Thayet chin thouk, Tophu thoke, Khaukswe thoke, Gyin thoke, and Nan gyi thohk. This is done in different areas with different ingredients and many variations according to the cooking method there. So what we are seeing here is a system that is done in stores in Chennai. These are based on the Burmese diet and gradually became popular in the countries where the Burmese people migrated. That's because of its different taste. People who like this often buy and taste it in auto stores. But this can be done easily and healthily at home. This is a dish that can be easily made even by those who do not know how to cook. And they are also a wonderful alternative to the evening snacks we usually eat.

Ingredients 

400 g noodles

3 large onions

1/2 cabbage logo

6 Toothpicks

1 cannabis chilli

2 plate

1/2 lemon fruit

1 tablespoon peanut flour

1 tablespoon salt water

1 tablespoon tamarind water

1/4 tablespoon saffron powder

The required amount of oil

A little coriander

Atho Recipe :

  • First prepare the onion, cabbage, garlic, coriander, salt water, and tamarind water, and then grind the cannabis pepper in a mixing jar.
  • Now put a pot in the oven on medium heat and pour one and a half liters of water in it and bring it to a good boil.
  • When the water starts to boil well put the noodles in it and separate it well with a spoon and let it boil for about 12 to 15 minutes.
  • Once the noodles are half cooked, add saffron powder and mix well. (This can be avoided if you do not want saffron powder.)
  • After 15 minutes make sure the noodles are fried then turn off the oven and drain the water in it and take the noodles separately and place in a bowl.
  • Then add a tablespoon of oil and fry the noodles well and let it cool for a while. (Only then will the noodles stick together.)
  • Next put a pan in the oven over medium heat and pour 2 tablespoons of oil in it and heat the oil.
  • Once the oil is cooked, put half of the chopped onion in it and fry it well until it turns golden brown and put it on a plate.
  • Next in the same pan add 2 tbsp oil and after frying it put the chopped garlic in it and fry the garlic well till it turns golden brown and put it in a bowl with oil.
  • Then take the noodles we have made and put them in a large bowl.
  • Then add the remaining onion, cabbage, chilli powder, groundnut flour, tamarind water and salt water which we have grinded according to his seasoning and stir it well by hand.
  • Next, squeeze the onion, garlic, coriander and half a lemon that we have fried in oil and mix well by hand.
  • Then crush 2 plates well and mix it well again and serve on a plate.
  • Now prepare your tasty and nutritious atho. Make sure you do this in your home and enjoy the taste with your family.
